  15. My sister is just starting to learn C, and she has a Tandy 1000 with two
  16. floppy drives running DOS.  No hard disk.  Is there a freely distributable
  17. C compiler compiler out there that will work with this configuration?  All
  18. she needs is something that will do "Hello world" kind of programs (no
  19. special graphics), although ANSI C would be nice.
