- Welp, I've used 2 different DOS editors on a regular basis. I don't recall
- seeing a recommended operating system. But, Bingo3.0 and Qedit 2.1 are both
- very good for DOS. They both accomplish most of the requirements, except
- qedit doesn't have a comprehensive mouse feature. It allows you to move
- the cursor with the mouse, but no highlighting.

- wordprocessors like emacs and wordstar.
