  13. I just *have* to ask this:  in a OS/2 window, one of the command-button
  14. options is 'scrolling'.  When you selecting the title bar says
  15. 'Scrolling: OS/2 Window'.  Just *what* does this do?  I have no 
  16. idea what it does, it seems to do nothing!
