  24. This appeared in a TigerSoftware catalogue at the end of 1992.  At
  25. that time, it was just the GeoWorks CD-ROM Manager, and didn't say
  26. anything about soundcards.

  28. The package (CD-ROM player and software) is aimed at people who do
  29. not have Windows on their computers (can't afford it, don't have a
  30. fast enough computer, have a brain, whatever reason ;)

  32. Since Geoworks hasn't mailed me my non-hypothesizing agreement (I
  33. expect they will sooner or later to keep me from conjecturing about
  34. everything ;)  I'd like to point out that if there is a CD-ROM and
  35. Soundcard manager for GEOS, I guess that would answer our questions
  36. about whether GEOS was going to get involved with multimedia!

  38. I just hope they take the same approach to soundcards as they have
  39. taken to printers - support EVERYTHING.  (I've got a 1989-vintage
  40. original AdLib. ;)
