  22. I have now thought about the state of the matters, listened what
  23. others have had to say in comp.compression in particular, and found
  24. myself two, possible three bugs.  From an MsDos FTP archive site
  25. maintainer's point of view I have no other choice at this stage than
  26. not accepting .zip uploads if they have not been made with PKZIP
  27. 1.10 or Info-Zip's garbo.uwasa.fi:/unix/arcers/zip10ex.tar.Z.

  29. For the time being Garbo uploads packed with pkz204c.zip or
  30. zip19p1.tar.Z are discouraged.  (There is nothing wrong with
  31. zip19p1, mind you!).

  33. I can only hope that these problems are ironed out a.s.a.p.
