-
- Well, contrary to other people's reports, I was very definately infected with
- the Maltese Amoeba virus. Fortunately, I was able to get a friend to load a
- new system into my comp, plus the fact that I deleted the infected files out
- of my system before any more damage could be done.
-
- Well here's the damage. My DOS files are gone. Totally scrambled. Also, as
- a point of interest, the file I received was pkz204.exe and when uncompressed
- the files passed the verification checks. Which leads me to believe that the
- virus I had was shipped in the original. Yep, you know what that means.
-
- Well, enough for here. Write back on e-mail to me if you have any question as
- to whether there is a virus on this file.
