  12. ARJ230 will do the job.  It comes with a pre-defined command string
  13. contained in a batch file (called ARJBACK.BAT or something similar) that
  14. takes all the work out of setting it up.  It also includes a batch file
  15. for restoring your files.

  17. Note, however, that like PKZIP it's shareware, not public domain.
  18. Widely available, so you should have no trouble loacting it.
