- There is a better solution, in my opinion. True, you probably will need the
- whole thing to restore any part of it, but it seemed to work (I haven't had to
- restore a whole bunch, but I tested it). Get the diskbackup utility in tsx-11.
- It gives instructions how to use a little program ``db'', piping tar and
- compress to it, to do multi-volume compressed backups. It worked for me, and
- was very quick - much quicker than the DOS program I had to use.
