  23. It seems to me that you have a sevenbit modem link. There is also
  24. an option for this case in termrc: 'sevenbit'. And make also sure
  25. you have exactly same termrc files in both ends.

  27. I also suggest that you upgrade term to version 0.9.9m since
  28. version 0.9.9k has a bug in tupload.
