  11.      I have a Packard Bell 386 20Mhz notebook with an 80 meg harddrive and 
  12. 4 meg of ram.  When I uplug the power cord (the normal method of switching
  13. to battery power) I get "uhhuh. NMI received.  Dazed and confused, but
  14. trying to continue"  While running battery power I get more of these messages.
  15.      This does not happen while using Dos.  Is this a threat to my data 
  16. or file system?  Can I disable these messages?
