  12. I finally got around to getting Linux after hearing all the good things about
  13. it but I am having some trouble with it.

  15. I FTP'd the boot and root image and I was able to uncompress and rawrite them
  16. to floppys but when I try and boot the bootdisk it throws my monitor into
  17. a higher resolution than it can support. (Stuck with 640*480 for a while longer
  18. :)  )

  20. Is there a way I can make it come up in text mode or normal VGA?
