- I have a clone 486DX2-66, EISA bus, with a Future Domain TMC 7000
- 32 bit EISA SCSI controller running a 1 gigabyte Fuji SCSI disk. I
- copied SLS 0.98pl5 from tsx-11 onto floppies. When I try to install, it
- reads and boots from the first disk (a1) without a problem, but in the
- process does not recognize the SCSI disk (i.e. detects 0 SCSI disks).
- This is very puzzling, since the FAQ lists many Future Domain
- controllers as being supported, and I am told the TMC 7000 is descended
- from the Western Digital 7000FASST, which is also listed as supported.
- Does anyone have any idea as to what the problem could be?
-
- Thanks in advance
