- Hi,
- at first, I'm very happy with linux
- It was the first and the only reason that I leave a bit my Unix,Ultrix & MAC
- environment and I bought a PC (SunRace Notebook 386SX/25 80Mb).
-
- Im running linux 0.99p1 with gcc, X11 ... and everything works fine.
- All, but ...
-
- There is only one problem:
-
- Connecting the trackball to the serialport works ( /dev/ttys0 ).
-
- But using the PS/2 Port fails ( I tried nearly everything
- /dev/ttys?,/dev/mouse, different baudrates but no succses)
-
- The PS/2 port is not damaged because it works under MESSY-DOS
-
- So what do I do wrong ?
-
- Thanx for any hint
