  12. just a quick questions.. rumor has it that the P5 is going to be a
  13. 100 MIPS machine...  and most highend 486's are about 20 MIPS.

  15. does anyone know if the upgrade socket on i486's allows you
  16. to stick in a P5 or something of that nature?

  18. I have heard (again hearsay) that is there is a chip in the
  19. upgrade slot the orginal Cpu is bypassed.

  23. just to know if I can upgrade if a decide to go with a 486 and not wait
  24. for the P5 whick might not be supported by Linux anytime soon.
