  16. With the Adaptec bios disabled( as it must be to run aspi4dos and aspidisk
  17. under DOS) the a1 disk recognizes the existence of the 1542 and the system then
  18. hangs.

  20. With bios enabled, the BErnoulli is correctly identified and the boot proceeds
  21. normally.  However, under Linux FDISK cannot recognize the scsi device (per
  22. documentation) and under DOS PFDISK will not recognize my scsi removable
  23. either. My crude understanding is that if I can partition the Bernoulli
  24. for a minix file system while under DOS I should be able to install to it
  25. under Linux.  With or without bios enabled, though, pfdisk will not recognize
  26. my scsi Bernoulli.

  28. My boot drive is an RLL mr535 controlled by bios on a western digital 
  29. controller and partitioned as C: and D: extended.

  31. There is no entry in AT CMOS for secons drive.

  33. I have read through all the FAQs I can find but can't locate a solution.
