- tcsh should work fine until you get to the libc.so.4.2 jumptable, but
- that should not be a big deal because the binary that is available
- was linked with the 4.1 jumptable. This means you want to leave it around
- unless you rebuild tcsh.

- I have built tcsh-6.03 under 0.99p2 with the new gcc (2.3.3) and
- libc.so.4.2. The problem I had was discovering that sed had broken,
- and once I recompiled sed, the build succeeded. I don't recall any
- other problems. It works fine except for possibly one problem with
- pipes. I'm not sure yet whether that is a problem with tcsh or not
- though.
