- Hi networld,
-
- with a little hint from Peter Heidinger I can answer my own question:
-
- -copy the archive cm.tar.Z (PCL Fonts) from COhware II
- -delete all fonts except cmr12.sfp, cmb12.sfp, cmi12.sfp
- -create new font-width-tables (e.g. fwtable cmr12.sfp tr120rpn.usp)
- -replace the definitions in /usr/lib/troff/troff_pcl/fonts.r with the new ones
-
- works ok for the Deskjet 500 without download ram available.
-
- But still I am looking for a "real" wordprocessor (e.g. TeX, groff etc.) :-))
