  21. You need to get a copy of the file texinfo.tex, then you run tex on
  22. the texinfo file (which does an include texinfo.tex).  That will give
  23. you a device independant file which you can convert into postscript (I
  24. use a program called dvips.)

  26. You can also use a texinfo file from inside gnu emacs' help system,
  27. but I don't remeber how.
