  23. Hey pal, it's only because of regulation, that there's any shortage of places 
  24. to rent. I own a large property anmd am more than happy to let out rooms to 
  25. people. If I do however, I'm regulated out of existence; I have to make very 
  26. restrictive leases. Why should I bother? Wake up yourself sometime.
