- Hello-
-
- I am a law student writing a law review article on criminal investigation
- procedures and computer communications. On the Charlie Rose show
- featuring Sterling, Goldstein et al, there was a NYS police officer
- saying how data encryption would be the death knell of investigation
- procedures.
-
- I would like to find more about the law enforcement community's
- standing on encryption and their proposed "solution" to an
- inevitable technology.
-
- Is there a specific file in the ftp.eff.org law directory on this? I
- didn't see one per se.
-
- Thanks
