  24. A recommendation that everyone should do this, if implemented, has the
  25. effect of "setting a trend" that monitoring is acceptable and a
  26. routine procedure.  I think such a trend needs to be fought against.

  29. amendment is made to the drug-free workplace requirements that every
  30. session and file needs to be grepped for the keywords "joint", "drug",
  31. "hash", "trip" and such and the matching sessions/files forwarded to
  32. the appropriate drug councelors and authorities.)
