  12. It is supposed to run a scaled down version of Win 3.1 called Modular
  13. Windows. I am still waiting on info from microsoft concerning the development
  14. kit, but rumor has it that you can develop under standard Win 3.1 with
  15. the right tools. It seems to me that this offers a tremendous advantage over
  16. things like CDi
