  22. I recall reading an article on this subject many years ago.  Can't recall
  23. just where -- it _might_ have been Scientific American.  Anyway, I recall
  24. that the conclusion was that Dvorak layout resulted in _faster_ typing
  25. rates, as well as being easier on the typists.
