- After consulting the "Inter-Network Mail guide" and the
- various faq lists, I discovered that the recomended way
- of sending email from the internet to Compuserve is:
-
- XXXXX.YYY@compuserve.com
-
- I've tried this several times (even with one and two line
- messages) and the mail seems to land in a black hole. The
- messages neither bounce nor gets to the designated address.
-
- Am I doing something wrong, or is some node down?
-
- I wonder whether the problem might be that you are not on Internet, you
- are on AT&T Mail, so the instructions don't pertain to you. I wouldn't
- be surprised to hear that AT&T Mail has their own procedure for sending
- email to Compuserve. I suggest you contact your user support desk and
- ask them for help.
