  20. The problem is unclear.  Specifically what have you tried?

  22. Have you tried (something)@gemsgw.med.ge.com?  If so, what happened?

  24. If you received a bounce saying "unknown user", have you tried asking
  25. postmaster@gemsgw.med.ge.com for help in putting the address into a
  26. format recognized by his/her host.  Seems like that might be the best 
  27. place to get authoritative advice.
