  15. Is it possible to automatically encrypt messages as they
  16. are sent using MH, or any mail handler for that matter.
  17. If so, how.
  18. Is there code in existance to do it.?
  19. Is it selective? (i.e. can be applied selectively to
  20. messages to particular recipents)
  21. Can it be done using a filter - similarly to a 
  22. signature file.?
