- I've been mantaining a private patch in which R does the second of these
- two things, I probably got the thought from vnews. Now, the "tin" newsreader
- uses "R" and "r" just the opposite of the way I do, causing no end of
- canceled and re-started followups.

- (I also arrange for non-visible handling of <char>Control-H,
- which was really bugging me when I read a newsletter with lots
- of underlines. But adding this "feature" adds the possibility
- of unseen hidden single control characters in a message....)
