- When I send mail to john@nasamail, elm saves a copy in the "john" folder and
- sends the message to our mail hub. The hub translates john@nasamail to
- john-q-public@nasamail and sends the message out. When I receive mail from
- john, it is from john-q-public, so when I save it, it ends of in a different
- folder. I can get around this by using a filter to save anything
- from john-q-public to the "john" folder.
-
- The problem arises when I reply to a message from john-q-public. Elm saves
- my reply in the john-q-public folder and I end up with two seperate folders
- again!
-
- How can I get my reply saved in the "john" folder? The only solution that
- I've come up with is to originate messages to john-q-public@nasamail instead
- of just john@nasamail, but I would prefer not to type the longer address
- (there are some that are worse than this example).
-
- I'm running elm2.3.11.
-
- Thanks,
- Steve
