  35. I'd recommend not using fcntl locking in elm.  Sun's mail programs,
  36. bin/mail, ucb/mail, and mailtool only use flock and file locking.
  37. You will avoid many problems with the lock manager this way.  Until
  38. Sun starts using fcntl locking, I think we should avoid it too.
