  15. This is my second attempt to see if anyone out there has the latest copy of the
  16. WAVES packages.  I am also trying to locate companies who have or are in the
  17. process of developing software to ease the implementation of WAVES requirements. 
  18. If you have any opinions on WAVES give me a scream.
