  14. From my understanding (based upon discussions with Borland marketing
  15. people concerning that 'other' language), I assume that the only real
  16. difference between the base language and the full 'applications framework'
  17. version is the addition of the PROFILER, TurboAssembler, and TurboDebugger
  18. packages.
