  10. I have a windows 3.1 DLL written in tp for windows 1.5 that is
  11. available for distribution.

  13. The library is designed to link with the Microsoft Excel 4.0 spreadsheet
  14. and provides facilities for calculating julian time, solar position,
  15. clear sky insolation plus a few other goodies.
