- I would suggest taking a look at the facilities that Windows provides for
- managing multiple processes. Windows provides it's own form of multitasking
- through event loops. The simple multithreading API does not port well to
- Windows so it would be advantageous to adopt a more Windows oriented
- approach in your port.
