  15. 3.10 is the release following 3.02, it incorporates fixes to all known
  16. bugs in 3.02 plus significant enhancements to the overlay manager and
  17. Windows floating point support (i.e. we no longer try to make Microsofts
  18. Emulator do things that show up it's problems).  In addition source for the
  19. DOS Extender will be shipping and all library source is fully extender
