  16. The original release was rather buggy primarily the  run 
  17. time system. The Beta for 3.1 is working well and I have
  18. heard from several people  happy with the Beta.  I have 
  19. tested the Beta of the run time system quite a bit and have seen no problems.  It gives you for all practical purposes 
  20. the capabilities of OS/2 1.3 under MSDOS.  It is much better than working with overlays.
