  29.  As a sometime book author, I don't feel that the titles of the
  30.  Kelly/Spies book and the prospective Jax Fan Club Bible are
  31.  alarmingly similar. They both have "FORTH" up front in the title,
  32.  which is just good commonsense title design, but "A Text and
  33.  Reference" doesn't really have quite the same ring as "The New
  34.  Model" -- do you think?

  36.  Anyway, for better or worse, it's a fact of life in the
  37.  publishing industry that you can't copyright a title - only the
  38.  contents.
