  11. In "Object-Oriented Design with Applications" by Booch, there is
  12. a reference near the front that the source code for the applications
  13. is available from the publisher.  But I can't find any reference
  14. to where or how to order this software.

  16. Does anyone have any pointers for ordering the Booch software for the
  17. example applications?
