Hi, TVS experters:

Look the BC++ IDE, you can find the project window is locked, and cannot
move out the view (it may use dmLimitAll in dragMode) and only growing on
the left side and bottom side ( it may use gfGrowHiX | gfGrowHiY in growMode)
but when I use these features in my own apps, I find that if I put the window
on the bottom of desktop, then I drag the growing box downward, the strange
things happened: the window growing upward. why? do I must clear some bit
to avoid such behavior?
any suggest are welcomed.
