  11.    I'm sorry if this is a FAQ.  I want to know whether there is
  12.    a standard text book for C++ language, just like the ANSI for
  13.    C language?  I found a book called "Programming In C++" by 
  14.    Stephen C. Dewhurst and Kathy T. Stark, Prentice Hall.  The
  15.    book is quite well-organized.  Would you kindly send me the
  16.    name of such book via hclam@se.cuhk.hk if you have any 
  17.    favorite.
