  12. I have installed Borland C++ 3.1 on my PC, but I have problem when 
  13. running BC.EXE under DOS, my machine will hang whenever I run BC.EXE.
  14. But when I start up the compiler under Window 3.1, I believe it is 
  15. BCW.EXE, it works.  Any idea or comment on what the problem is?
