  29. Why yes, these formats are missing.  I guess I didn't deem them important because
  30. they vary by even company to company (e.g. PictureTel got both Christmas and
  31. Christmas Eve off, I heard of other companies only giving Christmas off, and I
  32. recall hearing of one company who gave 12/25 and 12/28 off).
