- Meridian offers a pretty good Windows-based compiler with a usable "thin"
- binding to the Windows API. I take it that this is what you were after.

- I believe that RR (Janus) has a Windows version as well, with an API.
- I don't think the bindings are available separately; the Meridian
- compiler costs about $500., commercial price, I believe.
