  13. In a recent post, vamsee@abgen.tamu.edu asks about remote computation with
  14. display of results on an SGI machine.

  16. I don't know about other packages, but this appears to be a natural for AVS. 
  17. Each AVS module can be executed via remote procedure calls on a networked host,
  18. modules can be run in parallel, and (I believe) AVS is available for the SGI.
  19. There are vanilla and optional-at-extra-cost chemistry and molecular module
  20. libraries for AVS.  Further information should be available from
  21. support@avs.com.
