  14. While trying to use Gnuplot I needed to rotate the y axis label into a
  15. vertical alignment. The documentation in the help systems refers to the
  16. capability to do this but does not supply you with the syntax or commands
  17. to accomplish this.  I would like to find out how this is done.  If it is
  18. not possible would you please let me know
