- The Video Toaster is tied to the Amiga because it's tied to the custom
- chips as well as the NTSC timing signals.

- The MAC version of the Toaster is nothing more than an Amiga 2000 with a
- Toaster installed and a serial cable (and appropriate comm software)
- tied to the Mac which runs as a front end controller for the Toaster.
