  19. Read/find the JPEG FAQ it tells you WHERE to get these things.  I don't
  20. have it handy so I can't divulge this information.  But it includes the
  21. source code to compress and decompress jpeg files from targa/GIF/PPM and
  22. to targa/GIF/PPM.
