  12.     I am writing a c program to framegrab a tv screen and store
  13. it in a file or a bitmap using a Super Video Windows card.  The
  14. programmers guide that comes with the developers version seems a bit
  15. vauge.  If anyone else has programmed from the card my problem is
  16. the AVgrabToBitmap and AVgrabToFile calls are returning error messages
  17. which they are not supposed to.  (They both return an error value 10
  18. which supposedly means that there is information missing in the video.ini
  19. file)
