  16. Recently I came across a paper titled "Efficient editing of 
  17. solid models exploiting structural and spatial locality"
  18. (Computer Aided Geometric Design, 1984) authored by 
  19. Robert Tilove, Aristides Requicha and Mark Hopkins.  I'm
  20. interested in finding out more about their techniques and
  21. latest results if any.

  23. Does anyone on these newsgroups know where and how I might
  24. be able to locate any of the above three authors?  The paper
  25. says that Dr. Tilove is at the GM Labs in Warren, MI but 
  26. that was in 1984.  Could anyone confirm?

  28. The above paper deals with dual CSG/B-rep geometric modellers, 
  29. and outlines a method of (quickly) updating the B-rep when a 
  30. CSG-node is to be edited or replaced.  If anyone here has other
  31. references related to this topic, I'd like to hear from them 
  32. as well and discuss this problem.
