- I am new into the world of PC-based animation.... Is there a PD or
- shareware program (or source code) for converting a series of GIF
- files into a .fli or .mpeg animation file? Which is really more
- efficient - I realise that .mpeg will have less space requirements,
- but can they run effectively on a 386? Thanks in advance - and sorry
- about the post to this group as I do not have access to any
- *.animation groups.
- Cheers
