  35. "From the masses", Rick?  Not so far, though I've had one response and would
  36. be delighted to get others.

  38. Hmmmm... I hadn't envisaged enough responses or enough content in the
  39. responses that something with **royalties** would be forthcoming.  I was
  40. thinking of something for SIGCSE or for the SIGGRAPH Education Committee.
  41. Like so much publication that faculty do, this costs us, not the other way
  42. around (though it would be loverly if things were different, don't y'know).

  44. But in the one case where I've edited a collection of contributions and had
  45. a real publisher pick it up, I (well, we, actually) gladly shared the advance
  46. with contributors, and I'd expect to do so again should a publisher be
  47. interested in picking this up.
